A large and well established maintenance company is looking f! or a Repairs Scheduler / Planner / Administrator.
Your role will consist of liaising with tenants and tradesmen and advising them of works to be carried out on domestic properties. You will also need to be able to effectivley manage the scheduling of works and the operatives daily workload individually.
There will also be some management of the inhouse database so you will need to be PC literate with skills on MS Excel, Word and outlook packages.
Hours of work are 0800-1700hrs, Mon-Fri.
