Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are currently recruiting for Purchase Ledge! r Clerk for a local business just north of Bournemouth.
The purpose of the role is to support the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, in managing and maintaining the purchase ledger and any associated administration in an accurate and timely way, operates the invoice system within the Company guidelines and procedures, be responsible for the creation of weekly and monthly Bacs and Cheque payment runs to ensure all suppliers are paid on a timely basis, reconcile all invoices with the delivery paperwork and investigate any anomalies, liaise with suppliers ensuring all queries are dealt with and that any outstanding credit notes are received and keep accurate, up to date, files and records.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a finance environment, have excellent communication and attention to detail skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
