Part Time and Full Time available
Elderly Frail Nursing Home
Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole and Lymington.
£25-27k per annu! m + paid breaks, on-site parking and meals included.
One of the most prestigious care providers in the UK are looking to recruit experienced nurses on both full time and part time night shifts.
The home is highly established and under excellent management. The residents are very well cared for and the quality of person centred care is of the highest standard.
There is a culture of independence amongst the homes residents and a full schedule of activities is always offered.
Nursing care is required of most residents in the home although dementia and challenging behaviour from age related illness is not so much part of this home.
Ideally, the home is looking to recruit an RGN who is experienced in working with elderly patients and passionate about their profession. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills and preferably experience supervising other team members as leading a shift is an important part of this role.
