Detailed specification about this career opportunity please read the description below. I am currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager (Dorset) for a leading high street retailer. Excellent package to include £35,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE £60,000, Company car, mobile, laptop and store! discount. To be considered for the role you must be in or recently held an equivalent position within the retail sector.
The position would Report directly to your Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-million pound business across a portfolio of 8-12 stores. You will achieve this by demanding the very best from your team - managing and coaching them to success.
The Candidate:
Essential:
Must have previous Area Manager experience across multi-site locations, Must be a proven achiever in a volume or high turnover retail environment, Must be target driven with a strong desire to succeed, Must be able to achieve results through others - leading and developing your team, Must have a proven track record of building strong working relationships as well as being able to influence others, Must have experience of and a proven track record of achieving set KPI’s - ensuring all stores comply with company policies, pro! cedures and standards, Must be able to demonstrate a highly or! ganised, structured and proactive approach to meeting deadlines, Must be able to work well under pressure, Must be able to communicate with people at all levels, Must be self-motivated, motivating to others and possess a can-do attitude, Must be able to demonstrate the ability & willingness to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the business, Must be committed to achieving the highest store standards and customer service
