Housing Officer

Description: RandstadCPE is presently looking of Housing Officer right now, this job will be placed in England. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. I am currently recruiting for a Housing officer in the Bladford Forum area.
This is a temporary role until March 2014.
Hourly rate : £13.72 Per hour
Monday - Friday 35.7 Hours per week.
Must have current CRB check.
Covering a patch of approximately 450 units to include general needs , sheltered and supported accommodation. Dealing with all aspects of neighbourhood management excluding rent arrears.
The NHO is responsible for a diverse portfolio of homes:
maximise the associations income through the proper and effective management of the associations assets.
prov! ide a comprehensive housing and neighbourhood management servi! ces, checking service quality and implementing proactive measures to deal with local issues.
co tribute to marketing strategies through the development and capturing of local knowledge, customer information and coordination of external resources.
TO encourage residents to participate in the groups activities through existing structures and residents associations.
To be considered for this position you must have extensive experience within a housing officers role.
You must be immediately available
and CRB checked.
