Duties will include:
? Dealing with all FC and theft claims where no hire is involved and clien! t is using own policy
? Updating Audatex system
? Arrange inspections
? Client Bike returns
? Daily Diaries
? Validate own repair authorities
? Delegated authority for relevant contracts
? General emails/enquiries
? Update relevant Spreadsheets
? Discuss B2C/contract/minimal repairs with clients
? Assist other Depts when necessary
? Auditing
? Telephone enquiries/retail bookings

The ideal candidate will have
? Knowledge of insurance claims industry
? Computer literate
? Good telephone manner
? Good communication skills
? Be a driver with their own car
Salary ?13,500 - ?14,5000 pa
