Analyst role involvesThis is a challenging Test Analyst role and your goal will focus on managing, monitoring and working in partnership with other teams to define all testing scenarios across our systems a! nd applications, in line with the needs of key
stakeholder! s and business areas. You'll be working closely with the Test Manager to make every effort to improve test processes to ensure they're as effective as possible. You'll be responsible for analysing incidents and recommending the best solution
to take this forward. This means consulting with relevant project workstream leaders, carrying out incident diagnosis and following set incident procedures and managing incident logs. Your further progress as a Test Analyst is also important and will
give you the support and autonomy to tackle the role your way. What we'll need from you as a Test AnalystIdeally ISEB qualified with experience of working in insurance, you will already well-equipped for the job. You can analyse and interpret business
requirements, translating them into testing scenarios that meet business needs. You can also manage and analyse incidents; work collaboratively with other Test team members; and be able to create and present the required test docum! entation to the project
team; and be fully proficient in running both manual and automated tests. Beneficial to also have experience of Windows packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project). You must be organised and diligent, with the drive to deliver results. You'll be
able to manage multiple tasks and uphold the highest standards - and you'll also be great with people. A strong negotiator, you can build professional business relationships and recommend courses of action by influencing your colleagues.About usAgeas 50
