The role is to carry out company commercial work, to include M&A, disposals, investments, shareho! lder issues, commercial contracts, and a number of other agreements. You will deal with national and regional clients, including some deals being in the £millions.
You will work as part of a close, supportive team, with plenty of client exposure at an early stage. You will be able to manage your own workload, but support the Partner when necessary. Competitive remuneration is on offer.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor of NQ+ pqe, with experience of corporate commercial law work.
