We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant looking for a step up, to work for a market leading entertainment and late night venue. ! My client has venues all over the UK and offer superstar employees the chance to progress quickly whilst earning a very attractive financial package and the opportunity to progress up through the ranks.
The role of a venue Sales Manager is to maximise and grow the business. This is achieved in a number of ways, but the key focus points are as follows 1) Identify and drive new business opportunities via business to business and corporate networking. 2) Selling experience packages. 3) Increase the number of new customers visiting the venue. This exciting opportunity is extremely autonomous; you will be managing the process not people. Ultimately you will be responsible for creating new business through the introduction of new members; through proactive outreach and campaigns, member referral drives, cold calling, corporate, residential and generating new business through implementing local attraction strategies.
The role will suit a proactive sales manager, creat! ive, self-starter, a sales manager who can think outside of th! e box and who has gained experience selling a nightclub, hotel, health clubs, be in recruitment or an estate agent. Ideally you will have experience in creating and managing events successfully through your local network of contacts.
