The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are progressing through a process to merge. Haematology/Oncology Unit
Health Care Assistant
34.5/ 37.5hrs per week
Band 2
This busy purpose built unit is looking for a motivated and e! nthusiastic individual to join our friendly team. The post will be based on the inpatient area, which has 19 beds including a bone marrow suite and isolation unit. The ward provides a high standard of care to patients with haematological disorders.
Previous experience would be an advantage but not necessary as training for the post and support to complete appropriate NVQ courses will be provided. Applicants will be expected to complete some night duty; shift patterns are 07.30-20.00 and 19.30-08.00hrs.
