As the Customer Service advisor you will be! responsible for handling customer contacts regarding technical wireless issues and help develop exceptional customer satisfaction throughout.
The Role Includes:
- Provide customer support via multiple touch points (e.g inbound calls, e-mail)
- Accurately log customer and product information into the company CRM system
- Proactively develop skills and knowledge through effective use of systems
- Understanding customer care and apply to all customer touch points
- Maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined
