Maintain Shotgun pages with current progress on tasks and assignments
Hold rounds and ! each day with show leads for Paint & Roto and Tracking to check the progress of current tasks and ensure that everything is running to schedule
Communicate with show Production teams as to the status of tasks and flag any issues relating their completion to schedule.
Run dailies sessions and take notes using Shotgun
Liaise with show leads to assign suitable new tasks to artists
Send weekly update emails to production as to the status of all tasks
Prepare all necessary assets to complete a task are synced to Bournemouth and ready for the artist before it is due to start.
Create Bournemouth specific Shotgun pages when new shows are started
Manage the Bournemouth outpost Shotgun pages for P&R and Tracking
Be the point of contact in Bournemouth for all production, scheduling and crewing related issues
Management Tasks & Roles:
Oversee the daily running of the outpost including artist pro! gress and personal development
Be the point of contac! t in Bournemouth for all outpost related issues
Liaise with crewing in London and leads in Bournemouth to allocate artists to individual shows
Manage and approve holiday requests and time off in Lieu
Contact pipeline and systems to setup and create show environments for new shows
Raise tickets with systems and pipeline for any outpost issues and manage their completion
Manage food stocks for the outpost inline with London's costings
Point of contact for the facilities reception
Maintain an outward facing presence for Framestore with the Arts University Bournemouth and support the development of a progressive relationship.
Essential Skills:
Highly organised
Previous experience at Junior Production Coordinator or Production Assistant level
First-class time/project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prioritise! conflicting tasks
Able to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
Able to work within a team towards a common goal
Basic understanding of live-action and CG based visual effects workflows
Basic understanding of common file formats and resolutions
Desirable Skills:
Existing knowledge of Framestore production databases (e.g. Shotgun)
Good knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)
Basic Linux skills
Basic Avid/editorial knowledge
Lateral thinking skills
