Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus (OTE £70,000 - £90,000+)
Locations: Bournemouth, Ringwo! od, Verwood, Wareham, Wool, Wimbourne, Burton, Blandford Forum, Puddlestown, Dorchester, Weymouth, Salisbury, Southampton, Eastleigh, Shaftesbury, Gillingham
Our client are looking to further strengthen their field team and are ideally seeking experienced Area or Regional Managers to join there growing business.
You will need to share similar values to our brand and demonstrate the right behaviours as my client are an organisation who truly value there people, we are also looking for the successful Area or Regional Manager to help develop and grow both our business and help to implement standards and improve morale across the our stores.
You must be sales / service focussed, ideally working in a fast paced environment. You must be able to add value to the team you are joining, any previous added responsibility in your current or previous roles in running projects, divisional or national champion positions would be great.

Ideally you will be currently working as an Area or Regional Manager or are a Senior Store Manager from large out of town retailer with a sales turnover in excess of £10million.
