The Global Compliance & Regulatory Management depart! ment which is responsible for the provision of compliance services to the Firm.

The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) organization has over 700 staff members across the world. The team covers both global and business-aligned functions supporting the firm's Anti-money laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-corruption programs and is lead by the BSA/AML Officer and the AML Operations Executive.

The position is part of the firm's newly formed AML Alert Analysis team within AML Operations. This team will work in conjunction with the AML Investigations team to provide them with an initial assessment of potential Money Laundering / Terrorist Financing activity. The successful candidate needs to have strong processing and analytical skills; the ability to work independently, the willingness to work alerts across the various lines of business and is adaptable to change. In addition, the candidate needs to demonstrate extensive banking and compliance knowledge in ! working AML/KYC related issues, the ability to exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received in the course of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team which monitors intake controls to ensure all alerts are logged and assigned in a timely manner Manage a team which ensures that alerts contain complete and accurate data collection and documentation, including alert, investigation, or SAR history; KYC information; relevant account and transaction data, plus any other required information to assist the investigation Perform a managerial review of inspect and repair on alerts as required Manage team and develop methods for team effectiveness Serve as a point of escalation for Investigations, and provide feedback and direction to team members Build relationships with AML Investigations units, and effectively communicate and transfer information for case investigations Functi! on as a key contributor with demonstrated knowledge of AML/KYC issues, ! as well as broader functional knowledge Participate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within the function or department Engage in strategic initiatives as required by the Alert management team

Qualifications:
Significant experience in compliance or related position Proven lead/management experience Adept to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment Supervisory or managerial experience in an operational or investigational capacity Strong problem solving ability coupled with the ability make decisions autonomously Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, decipher higher risk attributes (transactional, geographical, product, customer type, etc.) and disposition appropriately. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Control mindset which is evident by adherence to controls and standards! Familiarity with the firm's internal systems and processes is a plus

Amigo Loans are currently recruiting for a top class Research Analyst to join their product team based in Bournemouth.
You will be responsible for working on a variety of projects from small 1 - 2 day tasks to lengthier, company changing projects that take 3 - 6 months. The types of things you'll be working on can range from small system changes to creating a whole new follow up cycle with engaging copy for the back end of the business.
We are looking for someone who can deliver positive change in a fast-paced environment within the sub-prime finance industry. Someone who wants to stand out and isn't satisfied with the norm and someone who can quickly secure buy in from key stakeholders within the ! business.

As Programme Manager, you will work directly with the Executive Programme Sponsor and other key stakeholders to create a strong vision for the programme together with a well defined set of measurable business outcomes and benefits. The Programme Manager will develop a blueprint for the success of the programme upon which more detailed programme and project plans and decisions can be based. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the stated benefits of the programme are subsequently realised by the business.
You will be responsible for the identification, planning and co-ordination of the set of related projects within the programme of business and IT systems change. Responsibilities will include ensuring that the programme plots and maintains a course to deliver its agreed objectives, that projects within the programme are delivering to agreed success ! criteria and that the programme appropriately identifies and m! anages external factors that could impact the success of the programme.
You will be responsible for establishing an appropriate governance and control framework for the programme and ensuring that governance processes are properly followed and are serving their intended purpose.
Whilst the role has no direct reports, as Programme Manager you will have matrix management responsibility for a programme team sourced from various parts of the business and third party service providers.

Essential experience required:

  • Significant Strategic Programme design, planning and delivery experience
  • Experience delivering a Large Business Change / Transformations Programmes
  • MSP or Prince2 Practitioner certifications a must
  • Ability to manage programmes with budgets in excess of £2m
  • Business Change management experience
  • Third party supplier management
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
Experience of having delivered significant business change / transformation in the Design function of an architectural, construction, automotive or aerospace business would be beneficial.

This role will be based full time from the Bournemouth office with occasional travel to other sites.

Salary upto £70k + car + benefits
