A market leading organisation based in Bournemouth, Hampshire is actively searching for a Programme Manager to deliver a Business Change / Transformat! ions Programme that will have a significant impact on the business. £65-70k base + £5k car + benefits
As Programme Manager, you will work directly with the Executive Programme Sponsor and other key stakeholders to create a strong vision for the programme together with a well defined set of measurable business outcomes and benefits. The Programme Manager will develop a blueprint for the success of the programme upon which more detailed programme and project plans and decisions can be based. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the stated benefits of the programme are subsequently realised by the business.
You will be responsible for the identification, planning and co-ordination of the set of related projects within the programme of business and IT systems change. Responsibilities will include ensuring that the programme plots and maintains a course to deliver its agreed objectives, that projects within the programme are delivering to agreed success ! criteria and that the programme appropriately identifies and m! anages external factors that could impact the success of the programme.
You will be responsible for establishing an appropriate governance and control framework for the programme and ensuring that governance processes are properly followed and are serving their intended purpose.
Whilst the role has no direct reports, as Programme Manager you will have matrix management responsibility for a programme team sourced from various parts of the business and third party service providers.
Essential experience required:
- Significant Strategic Programme design, planning and delivery experience
- Experience delivering a Large Business Change / Transformations Programmes
- MSP or Prince2 Practitioner certifications a must
- Ability to manage programmes with budgets in excess of £2m
- Business Change management experience
- Third party supplier management
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
This role will be based full time from the Bournemouth office with occasional travel to other sites.
Salary upto £70k + car + benefits
