One of Monarch IT's leading clients is urgently looking for a Problem Manager due to rapid expansion and business growth.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

A proven career in Problem Management with a strong background in majorincident management

Proven experience within a Service Desk and Service Management environment

A strong working background and experience with hardware, applications, desktop and infrastructures

ITIL v3 Certification with a strong working background with ITIL methodologies

Proven experience with systems and tools that encompass Problem Management and/or Major Incident Management

Strong stakeholder management experience

A valid UK Driving License
