Responsible for working closely with Caspian One’s clients and consultants to deliver
a high quality recruitment solution. Our Consultants sou! rce candidates and match them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies, then are actively involved in managing the recruitment process.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Using sales skills, marketing techniques and networking in order to find and attract client vacancies.
Building effective working relationships with candidates and clients.
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
Thoroughly investigating all available candidate sources to identify the strongest candidates in the market.
Receiving and reviewing applications, and short-listing candidates.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Generation of market information through leads! and referrals.
Identify potential 'Risk Points’ with ea! ch applicant and take appropriate action to eliminate any issues.
Preparing resume’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client.
Management of interview process, from candidate preparation to detailed feedback.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
Offering market knowledge, when appropriate, to candidate, clients and colleagues.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, the market, the work culture and environment.

Ability to build rapport and network effectively.
