A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced temporary Co-ordinator to join a regional office in Bournemouth. • Approximately 4-6 week duration
• Coordination and office management

This role will include a variance of duties from office management to data analysis and evaluation using Excel. The successful applicant will be organising operations of the team as well as building and maintaining relationships with various educational establishments. The daily duties will include arranging meetings, ordering and monitoring stationary and office supplies, and producing mail outs and information packs for various schools in the area. The role will also require events planning and coordination and be a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

This exciting new role will suit a highly skilled administrator and exposure to office management is desirable. This role will suit a candidate who has exposure to working in a small to medium sized team. T! he ideal applicant will be highly organised, have strong commu! nication skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively due to the busy workload. Interest and exposure to the education sector will be highly advantageous as well as a self motivated and positive attitude.
