PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: Bournemouth (Commutable from! : Christchurch, Poole, Dorset, Hampshire )
SALARY: £25,000-£35,000
THE ROLE:
Offering a range of legal services, this forwarding thinking and progressive practice is keen to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy residential property department. The residential property team advises on all conveyancing matters including the transfers of equity, re-mortgages and equity releases.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants will have a proven track record of advising on all aspects of residential property law including lease extensions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Newly qualified Solicitors will also be considered for this role but you must have completed at least one seat in residential property.
THE FIRM:
My client is a progressive and forward-thinking practice with offices throughout Dorset. This is a superb opportunity for a driven Residential Property solicitor to progress their car! eer and take on new responsibilities alongside a varied caselo! ad.
