Location: Poole, Dorset
My client, a large multi-national manufacture of heavy goods vehicles is looking to add a branch administra! tor to one of its many UK branches, this is a very exciting opportunity to get on board with a market leading company, and there is also the potential to move up within the organisation over time.
The key objective of this role is to ensure the efficient and timely production of all invoices. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Generating invoices
- Gaining guarantees of payment
- Raising/ acquiring order numbers
- Auditing job cards/ documents for accuracy
- Kerridge computer system experience
- A full UK driving license
- Good manner to work, with a customer first attitude
- Able to work on own initiative, under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to organise own workload
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven administrative skills
- Good customer service skills, including telephone manner
- ! A strong culture of H&S and safe working practice
- Abi! lity to actively seek solutions to problems
- Flexible approach to working hours
