A major financial services technical organisation, a hugely respected and prestigious organisation! , has an opportunity for a Performance, or Non-Functional Test Lead. Coming into a role focussing on the technical performance testing of high transactional trading technology, the Non-Functional Test Analyst must have experience of testing a transactional or message based systems (ideally financial). The performance test lead must have excellent experience at operating at a senior level, leading teams in multiple locations and driving the performance test strategy.
The Non Functional Test Lead must have an in depth knowledge of at least one commercial Performance testing tool, ideally Loadrunner or Greenhat Tester. The successful candidate will have a knowledge of messaging as well as an understanding of either Java or C# in order to create performance test scripts.
Required
- Strong performance testing background
- Experience of leadership and driving QA strategy
- Experience of working across a message based or high transactiona! l system
- Strong understanding of either Loadrunner or! GH Tester
- An understanding of an Object Oriented programming language
