The role
We are looking to recruit a new homes sales consultant for a new development in Bude. The role would be perfectly suited to a candidate experienced in the property sector who would welcome the challenge of selling new luxury retirement homes. You will be responsible for achieving the clearly set sales targets through a proactive management of the entire sales cycle. This is a challenging role but one that offers exciting rewards selling high end developments Therole is for a true sales person who is customer focused, wishing to give a great level of! service to customers, meeting their expectations and deliveri! ng on time sales targets to the company in a professional way.

You must have a proven record of sales achievement and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
Previous experience new homes sales
The capability to use technology and other marketing tools to sell off plan successfully.
With excellent communication skills you will build relationships
Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach
You will be focused on achievement and results.
A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and meet customer needs
With well-developed analytical, decision making and problem solving skills you will be able to effectively prioritise workloads and adopt a flexible approach to meet sales targets. A positive and professional manner, the ability to influence decisions and the flexibility to travel are essential.
