Our client a luxury hotel in Bournemouth is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager.
As Assistant Manager you should have knowledge and experience of Food & Be! verage service in a four or five star hotel and preferably hold HND qualification or above in Hospitality Management.
The successful candidate will be a Duty Manager or Senior Food & Beverage Assistant who is looking for the next step on the career ladder and would like to progress within the hotel industry. A personal License holder will also be a clear advantage.
You must be a flexible team player who is happy to manage in all areas of the hotel and has strong communication skills to ensure that you and your team deliver a world class service at all times.
