This is a great opportunity for a junior level property litigation solicitor or a civil litigator looking to specialise in property litigation work. Our c! lient is a well-established traditional practice. They are currently seeking an experienced litigation solicitor to join a small team. You will be running your own caseload of property litigation matters including: Restrictive Covenants Boundary disputes / Rights of Way / Rights to Light Tenancy Agreements, insolvency and rent arrears recovery Dilapidations Forfeiture Landlord and Tenant disputes If you currently handle other areas of litigation and are keen to continue to do this this is something the firm may be able to accommodate.
There is the opportunity to do your own advocacy and also to get involved in larger more commercial litigation work. You will need to be organised, commercial, ambitious and have good interpersonal skills. It would be an advantage if you enjoy marketing. The firm are ideally looking for someone on a part time basis but would also consider full time for the right candidate.
They will also consider school / short hours.
