Description: The individual will be responsible for managing the Transfer Agency Team, performing specific man management duties, ensuring all processes and workloads are actione! d according to agreed internal and external SLA’s along with assisting in ad-hoc administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and vision to the team by assisting in and developing strategic plans, evaluating and reporting of progress to plans to Business Support Senior Manager. Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of processes undertaken by the team. Monitoring deliverables compared to agreed timetable/work planners and being active to achieve those deadlines. Monitor service against external SLA’s & KPI’s received. Monitor and maintain Breach register, Encourage and establish process development and documentation. Assist with ad hoc administration tasks where required.Assist with project work for new client launches, conversions or fund mergers. Assist with ad hoc project work where necessary, Undertaking performance management of the team, encompassing regular reviews, following the company Appraisal system; Establish! and report on employee development, and training , Ultimately! prepare the team and processes for outsourcing to an external supplier
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Possess:
