My client is national multi site organisation who now has a requirement for a HR Advisor for an initial period of 9 mo! nths. As a HR Advisor you will be supporting line management on all HR issues and ensuring delivery of the People Management agenda including recruitment challenges, competitiveness on salaries, sickness/absence, management training and development, performance management and organisation change.
The position will involve regular travel to other sites within your client group and involve on-going contact with your fellow HR peers and staff within your supporting business units.
