The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are progressing through a process to merge. Band 3 Senior Administration Assistant - Interim Care Team - 6 month Fixed Term contract
A 6 month fixed term contract opport! unity has arisen to appoint a full-time Band 3 Senior Administration Assistant for the Interim Care pilot. The pilot will take place during the winter pressure months from 1st October 2013 - 31st March 2014, supporting the Trust with maintaining flow for those patients identified as medically stable for discharge but require ongoing discharge planning to reach their optimum discharge destination.
The core function of the Senior Administration Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Interim Care Team initiative ensuring that all communications are dealt with in a professional manner and produce accurate reports in accordance with strict deadlines.
