JOB ROLE:
Working in close liaison with the Project Manager and Senior Developer, you will be res! ponsible for the continued development and management of the company's bespoke database solution.
Our clients systems are written in classic ASP with SQL back-end running on our Cloud based dedicated server installed with Microsoft Server 2008, IIS7, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008
The database is utilised for the following:
- Management of sales leads
- Telemarketing
- Management of appointments
- Installations, including raising Purchase Orders and Scheduling
- After sales service / customer care
- Commissions and pay structures for sales
- Management reporting
This busy and challenging role requires exceptional attention to detail and considered planning, as our systems encompass th! e entire company and are intrinsic to the operation of every a! spect of our business.
