Based in a contact centre environment, as part of our collections team you will play a pivotal ! role when it comes to supporting our members when they need it most & minimizing risk to the business.Its different simply as the role is not driven by scripts or standard calls, you will be speaking with the companies members who have payment arrears to understand their financial circumstances and recommending effective repayment plans to ensure their finances stay on track. It's different because 1st class training & support is provided, you will be working within a department that truly champions internal development and depending on personal performance you could see yourself moving up to two levels within 2 years. In fact over 71% of collections consultants progressed within the last year.Salary: £15,000 pa starting salary with the potential to rise up to £18,045 + generous monthly incentive scheme (potential earnings of an additional £200-£500 a month).Role DetailsLending Control is a challenging, rewarding, progressive and solution focused environment.
Y! ou will be equipped with the knowledge and ability to help our! members to repay their debt through tailored solutions that suit both the member and the companyThough if you put a lot in, it's only fair that you get a lot out. You'll have potential to significantly increase your monthly earnings through the company's incentive scheme. Collections Consultants currently average £200 monthly but there is the potential of up to £650 a month.Your Profile*Ideally you will have experience in a telephone based customer service role, *A good degree of empathy and excellent people skills with a natural curiosity to help you quickly understand members problems and potential solutions,*A confident, articulate and enthusiastic manner,*Ability to negotiate with members and manage their expectations whilst ensuring you are achieving the best for the business and members.This is a full time position. Candidates will be required to work on rotational shift patterns (35 hours per week) between Mon - Fri 8am - 8:00pm, plus alternative Saturdays 9am - 1! 2pm with time back in lieu.
