Working for a real up and coming award winning company with a huge presence in the UK and America you will be working for a £250 Million plus turnover business. You will be based from their Bournemouth office with like minded professionals in a relaxed atmosphere, there will be no working past 5.30pm.
Don't get left behind, this company really wants to develop new Internal Sales staff to coach and motivate it's key players and really get the very best out of their Sales Executives, with real progression available you'll be first team ready and in the premiership in no time.
This is a Internal Sales role; you will be generating your business from new and existing accounts, with many new business leads provided and thousands of existing accou! nts available. This is not a phone bashing role. Inbound teles! ales calls and enquiries will also need to be handled efficiently.
You will not need to be the most technical of sales people or the hardest new business person around. They want a consultative, bright, articulate professional with a personality.
As a Internal Sales professional you will be expected to:
- Hit monthly targets set by your line manager
- To hunt down and develop new business leads and opportunities
- Manage your time effectively
- Happy speaking to and seeking out key decision makers within business, both in the SME market place.
- A proven ability to create and more importantly maintain good client relationships
- The ability to build a good rapport with potential customers
- A proactive go-getter, following leads in a quickly and time efficient manner
- And most of all a natural sales ability and a real hunger to smash all KPI targets set and be a key player in the telesales! team
- An £19,000 basic salary
- Genuine OTE of £25k in your first year alone
- Progressive working environment
