Our client based near Westbourne, Bournemouth are recruiting for a Project Administrator/ Coordinator to work for this rapidly expanding, highly successful fast paced company. This project i! mplementation support role will be initially on a contract basis to cover maternity leave but as the company expand opportunities will arise for the right person. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to think on their feet and be able to stay calm under pressure. The company are looking for a very capable administrator/coordinator with excellent rapport building skills, someone who is able to juggle very busy work loads and multi-task. Duties include liaison with third parties to order goods, diary management, ensure projects are delivered on time, liaison with customers, updating an internal database, checking contractors have the correct requirements to run the projects. The person will possess very strong administration skills, have good excel and word and be able to demonstrate where they have worked under pressure within a busy work environment.
