My client is recruiting a varied and far reaching senior management po! sition to join their team. Your role will focus upon leading the area's operational management team in the delivery of an outstanding experience to our customers across my clients sites. Providing effective operational and commercial direction to a multi-disciplinary team of around 50 people, you'll take full ownership of the delivery of a high quality service to my customers base.
As an astute commercial leader you'll work closely with your finance colleagues taking the lead in the preparation and management of area budgets, driving performance through the managers in your area. Your influence within and knowledge of the sector will be vital and a proportion of your time will be spent building competitor intelligence and insight in order to develop sales strategies; networking to form effective and mutually beneficial relationships with partners as well as the communities in which we operate.
The management of a high performing and positive operations tea! m is pivotal to this role, from inspirational senior leadershi! p to building and utilising effective relationships with support functions, you will drive the team to deliver whilst maintaining the collaborative approach of the business. Being a key member of the management team your approach to coaching and mentoring your area operational team will be effective and inclusive and your active representation of the area at the Regional Management Meetings will also be key.
