A prestigious, blue-chip company in the Bournemouth area is seeking Customer Service Administrators to join their mortgage department.
This is an on-going recruitment o! pportunity; offered on a contract basis with the plan to be offered on a permanent basis.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Taking incoming calls
Dealing with all administration relating to mortgage applications
Dealing with general enquiries and assesment of documentation for new applications
To be successful in this position you should have strong administration and customer service skills. This role will involve a lot of phone based work, plus administration, but in exchange you will be working for one of the largest companies in the UK that is recognised for its positive reputation.
This is a part time position: Hours are Monday - Friday 10.00am - 2.30 pm
