We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to manage our existing customer online communications team. Fulfilling a vital part of the Amigo customer journey, it will be the role of the successful applicant to manage the team that deals with all electronic forms of communication, including texts and emails.
With a focus on improving our on-line communication channels, you will strive to ensure that customers are never more than a few clicks away from the answer to their question and where they need to be. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate our company voice.
What we’ll ask you to do:
Become a product exper! t and guardian of our brand voice
Produce communications i! n line with our Brand Values
Conduct daily audits to ensure a high standard of service and compliance.
Hold Weekly 1-2-1’s and Monthly Appraisals to effectively deliver feedback.
Recruit and retain a high calibre of Agent.
What we think you’ll need:
1-2 years team management experience minimum within a similar role
Ability to communicate in writing to a high standard
Excellent man-management skills
Ability to coach and motivate staff members
Creative Thinker
Problem Solver and ability to make decisions effectively
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
