An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time staff nurse within the Bournemouth & Poole Generalist Palliative Care Team in the Poole locality.
The teams provide a continuous seven day a week service, to support and maintain palliative care patients with either a cancer or non-cancer diagnosis in the community setting.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic staff nurse to join the team.
You! must have excellent communication skills and be able to organ! ise and prioritise work and work on own initiative as well as be part of a team.
Community experience would be desirable but not essential
Training and education will be supported once in the post
