We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to work for PULSE in our Community Healthcare division based in our Bournemouth office.
At a glance:
The Care Coordinator provides a service to clients which includes support workers and enablement workers to assist individuals to live within their own homes and communities whatever their abilities.
What you will be doing:
- Provide regular telephone support to our candidates such as support workers
- Prepare CV and correspondence to forward to client
- Supporting the branch recruitment process in order to source suitable support workers
- Ensure compliance & quality control documentation have been completed, and with the involvement of the Business Support Team ensure that all prospect workers are involved and maintained throughout the recruitm! ent process
- Meet and greet visitors to the office
- Coordinating care supplies as agreed with the office team
- To be present for part of the induction training for new staff
- General Administration duties
- Minute team meetings as required, distributing to office team
- Support with admin duties involved in client paperwork and distribution as required
- Any other relevant duties as required by the line manager or other Company manager
- Organise supervision for support workers and send invites into office staff calendars
- Identify and coordinate training for locums
- Establish & maintain locum files - ensuring required checks are in place at all times.
- Ongoing Locum availability calling
- Assist with filling and coordinating shifts
- Managing calls from Candidates in regard to rota changes
- Liaising with Case Managers to ensure that shifts are filled with suitably trained and competent Support Staff
- Handling timesheet qu! eries
- Management of Candidate Holiday request process, ensuring client package remains safely staffed
