FNTC Training is currently recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator to join a team within a successful Insurance company located in Poole, Dorset.
You do ! not need to have any previous experience of working as an Administrator as full training and support is provided in this role. This is an Apprenticeship job opportunity so you will also be working towards an intermediate Apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
The Role
This role will include such tasks as:
- Working in a busy team of four administrators
- Using Excel spreadsheets to update client/customer information
- Dealing daily with inputting monetary figures
- Typing letters with the use of Word
- All other general duties as required
- This role will require an accurate and fast worker. This is a vibrant and funky office, with such facilities as a "playroom" providing internet, games, beanbags, food and drink facilities, access to social networking sites for use on break times.

Training
The qualification will take a minimum of 12 months to complete.

- Full Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (If required)
- Employee Rights and Responsibilities

Good ICT/computer skills will be required for this role.
Personal qualities
An outgoing and friendly personality will suit this role.

Post Title: Apprentice Administrator

Hours: 8.30am â€" 5.30pm Monday â€" Friday 37 hours per week
Salary: 106 per week
Type: Full! Time Apprenticeship
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for ! apprentices is 2.65 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.
