Based in Bournemouth
Salary - £8.50 per hour
Our client based ! in Bournemouth are seeking an HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, this will initially be for 4 weeks - my client is potentially looking for someone to join them permanently after a temporary period.
Your responsibilities will include -
Managing the recruitment process, coordinating CVs and responding to applicants
Arranging interviews for various managers
Assisting the management team to fill temporary requirements
Updating the company recruitment page by adding and removing available roles
Uploading vacancies and removing from the Direct Gov Website
Ensuring the internal vacancy list is up to date
Drafting standard offer letters and preparing induction packs
Managing new starter references and first draft contracts
This position would suit someone either looking to take a step down within their HR career or a candidate looking for their first opportunity within HR from a strong admin/PA background.
