Our client based in Bournemouth, Dorset are recruitin! g for an experienced Team Leader/Assistant Team Manager. As the Team Leader you will support the Team Manager in the development and training of the team as well as rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in the day to day job to support your colleagues. You will work closely with the quality team recording results, implementing action plans and reporting on your teams overall performance. You will support your Team Manager with the day to day management, monitoring staff performance against targets and provide feedback to the team with regular one to ones. You will monitor and distribute work levels, handling difficult customers and get involved in research and projects as well as meeting and dealing with customers/clients. You will also be prepared to run team meetings and carry out ad hoc audits. This role is very demanding and requires an individual with strong management experience as well as a 'hands on' individual. You will be very well presented and have superb! communications skills.
