Description: Newcross Healthcare Solutions Ltd is hiring Recruitment Coordinator right now, this position will be reside in England. We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a multi-tasker at heart to join our busy Bournemouth branch.
Your key tasks will include:
- ! Communicating effectively with the branch team when taking enquiries from clients.
- Assisting in the recruitment of new healthcare and nursing team members and ensuring a strong relationship with the branch team is fostered.
- Assigning appropriately qualified and experienced staff members to deliver care accordingly.
- Achieving personal and branch targets while maintaining our commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of care.
Reporting to: Business Centre Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £14,000 to £15,500 per annum DOE plus potential £3.5K bonus opportunity
