General Insurance Business Analyst - Business Change

Location: Bournemouth, England

Description: Lorien Resourcing is currently interviewing General Insurance Business Analyst - Business Change right now, this career will be delegated in England. An experienced Business Analyst is required with experience of working within a Financial Services or General Insurance! environment is sought by one of the UK's most successful and fastest growing Insurers for a permanent role to be based in either Croydon or Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be working for the "Direct" part of the business, which deals with sales through aggregators, direct calls and the web; within the Business Change function.

Skills / Experience:
Extensive experience of performing Business Analysis in either a financial services or Insurance company. Candidates with a General Insurance background to include Home, Motor & travel will be given priority.
An excellent communicator, able to communicate successfully with senior management up to executive level in any internal department or external supplier - a proven track record of being able to influence and shape opinion is sought.
ISEB qualification in business analysis (or working towards this)
Relevant change management experience. Demonstrate the ability to drive change through! out a large blue-chip business.
This is a business facing ! role that requires someone from a purely business and not technical background but is able to bridge gap between business and IT.
Strong process Analysis / process improvement skills - AS-IS / TO-BE. Help develop future strategy and Target Operating Models.
Modelling tools.
Strong documentation experience - the ability to introduce better traceability and testing support.
