My client is l! ooking for an Assistant Site Manager/ Foreman to work in Bournemouth for 8 weeks until the project is completed and handed over. They have many projects in the Dorset area ranging from high end housing to Student accommodation, so this could be the perfect opportunity to prove your ability on site and get a long term job with one of the south's largest housing developers company.
You will need to have:
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on accommodation project
- CSCS
- First Aid (preferred but not essential)
- Asbestos Awareness (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to manage and direct people on site
