Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant for a manufacturing/engineering company based in Bournemouth. The c! ontract would be for approx 6-8 months and would start a.s.a.p.
You would be responsible for matching POs and GRNs, posting invoices to computer, ensuring invoices are authorised, dealing with supplier queries,, processing payments via BACs and cheques and other ad hoc accounting and report generation.
Strong purchase ledger experience is essential together with experience of a manufacturing or engineering environment and good IT skills including Excel.
