A leading International Financial Services organisation is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead and working in a small but dynamic! team, the successful Payroll Administrator will play a significant part in providing exceptional end to end support producing the EMEA regional payrolls.

Although previous EMEA regional payroll experience is highly advantageous, it is not essential. If you have solid UK payroll experience and knowledge and are eager to learn, our client would be keen to hear about you.

Main responsibilities -

• Liaising with payroll vendors to facilitate accurate and timely production of end to end monthly EMEA regional payrolls
• Processing and transferring of data to the payroll vendor and checking payroll outputs
• Assisting on UK Expat payrolls
• Vendor feedback and query resolution!
• Working closely with Payroll Accounting team to reso! lve issues and substantiate balances
• Supporting the Payroll Team Lead and wider HR team with ad-hoc projects
• Payroll query resolution within SLA
• Thorough employee query management

Skills/requirements -

• Solid payroll experience and knowledge - ability to perform manual calculations
• EMEA payrolls experience desirable
• Experience of working in fast-paced, high volume, outsourced payroll environment in a large corporate organisation
• Pragmatic yet flexible approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills
