Core Assets Consultancy and Resourcing is working with a national provider of residential and nursing care to assist them with th! eir search for an interim Deputy Home Manager for their nursing care service in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (with a valid PIN) to take a lead role within a nursing service leading a small established team of registered nurses and care staff. As the Deputy Home Manager, you will be passionate about providing the highest quality of care promoting a person centred approach, and developing a motivated and effective team and support the wellbeing of the people who live in the home. You will also be responsible for deputizing for the Home Manager, and have an in depth knowledge of current care matters and the requirements of CQC. This is an interim opportunity for 6 months, with a possibility of becoming permanent.
