The Role: You will be training, developing and motivating a team of up to 12 customer service agents with a varying level of experience. You will liaise with the Customer Services Manager to ensure your team meets its sales, customer satisfaction and compliance targets. The initial period with the company will be spent with sales agents in our weekly induction followed by four weeks (DOE) of on the job training with your fellow customer service agents. You will then assume your role as Team Leader. You will be required to give weekly training to your team, both to the inbound agents as well as outbound upgrades advisors. Other duties include testing their knowledge of all available products, updating of the training manual, auditing of their calls and online responses to enquiries, creating incentives, checking internal and external websites, l! iaising with internal and external managers and management of ! the team rota.
Your Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services both as an agent and a team leader, preferably in a regulated environment. A good degree of sales experience is a must for this role due to the multiple functions that the team perform. An upbeat personality and excellent customer service skills are also essential in this fast paced role.
The Hours:
Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm

Salary £20,000 Basic £25,000+ OTE
