interact with audiences on a global scale through their established
channels.
The Inside Sal! es Executives target business professionals with the
aim of arranging web based or face to face demonstrations of
IT/Communication solutions and software. The Inside Sales Executive
is responsible for prospecting using CRM and relevant opportunities
to qualify and follow up on leads provided by a strong team of Lead
Generators. You will also need to be familiar with the existing
database to use appropriate reference clients when addressing
different markets.
The ability to identify opportunities and business needs is
imperative. The successful candidate will need to determine a
customer's budget and agree to a timeline. You will identify a
partner that is best suited to satisfy that requirement and manage
the process from start to finish.
You will be required to use your negotiation skills along with your
ability to strategically manage relationships in order to find the
best all round solution possible. ! Negotiation is a key part of the
role when it comes to ens! uring your campaign becomes the vendor of
choice and a world class service is delivered.
Your ability to close will be tested and this is an important tool
to have in order to be successful in this position. Deals will be
closed at all levels and each deal has to be closed with the same
professional manner and passion behind it.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their own pipeline
and will be expected to know their facts and figures with a view to
presenting this to Senior Management on a regular basis.
