Description: Prime Care Community Services is employing CARE SUPPORT WORKER right now, this vacancy will be reside in England. Clean full driving licence preferred. Will be caring for others in your local community.! Duties include personal care, assisting with medication, light meal preparation, domestic duties, integrating the client within community including shopping and social trips and taking to appointments.
