You will be required to provide telephone updates on mortgage applications as well as provide administrative support to ensur! e that all applications are effectively managed.
As you will be providing verbal as well as written updates on all Mortgage cases you must possess excellent Customer Service and Administration skills.
Administration and telephone experience within financial services is desirable and mortgage experience would be a significant advantage.
The pay rate on offer is £7.50 per hour
Hours of work are 8-8 on a shift basis along with one Saturday per month between 10.00am -6pm
