A leading manufacturer of hardware for the IT and communication industry has an immediate requirement for 3 Software Developers with experience of C and Linux to join them at their! offices in Dorset.

Salary: Upto £30,000
Location: Dorset, Bournemouth
They would consider a recent graduate who has a degree in computing and/or electronics or a software developer who has 1 to 2 years experience with a BSc or MSc in computing / electronics with good understanding of C and the ability to further develop and debug other peopleâs code as well as developing from scratch.
Linux experience is very desirable but not as essential as the ability and determination to learn and to be undaunted by a challenge.
As software developer you will become a significant member of a small but dynamic development team, designing the next generation of protocol bridges. This will include working on Operating Systems â" mainly Linux, device drivers, Java, HTTP and possibly Artificial Intelligence. You will get to work on p! rojects that are at the leading edge of storage technologies a! nd interface with major OEMs such as Dell and IBM.

A British passport is essential for this role as from time to time you will be working on military projects.
